5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about requirements, site conditions, and constraints
- Grant reasonable access to premises for surveys, measurements, and installation
- Ensure premises are ready for delivery and installation as scheduled
- Obtain necessary permissions, permits, and approvals required for the work
- Review and approve designs, specifications, and samples in a timely manner
- Comply with health and safety requirements and inform us of any relevant hazards
- Make timely payments in accordance with agreed terms
6. Delivery and Installation
6.1 Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control
- Risk passes to the client upon delivery to the specified address
- Client must inspect deliveries and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours
- Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements or difficult access
